2026 Tesla Model Y Window Tint in Yorba Linda, CA

A dark grey Tesla, a clean profile and window tint that ties the look together. Precision Cuts Tinting gave this 2026 Tesla Model Y in Yorba Linda a Helios finish, adding everyday comfort to its understated style.

The job

This Model Y wears its dark grey paint with black window trim and dark wheel covers. Its slim lights and sloping roofline keep the shape crisp, while the dark side glass fits naturally into the surrounding trim. The result is a cohesive look, with the glazing adding contrast to the metallic bodywork without competing with it.

The film choice was Kepler - Helios IR in the Helios, 20% VLT shade. Across the side windows, that darker finish brings a more private feel to the cabin and gives the Tesla a strong, unified profile. It is a practical change with a clear visual payoff: the windows look like part of the overall design, rather than an afterthought.

Why Helios

Looks are only part of the appeal. Helios uses IR technology to block about 82% of infrared heat, helping make the cabin more comfortable when sunshine hits the glass. For a vehicle with this much side glazing, managing that incoming heat is an everyday benefit.

The 20% VLT shade lets 20% of visible light through. That gives the glass its darker appearance while helping soften bright light inside. Heat rejection and visible-light transmission describe different things; here, they work toward a more comfortable ride with a more private feel.

• Infrared heat rejection helps reduce the heat felt through the glass.
• Less glare makes bright conditions easier on the eyes.
• Darker glass adds privacy for the cabin.
• Window film helps protect interior materials from sun fade.
