Commercial Window Tinting in Lehi, UT

A glass partition can divide a room without making it feel closed off. For this commercial installation in Lehi, Mohawk Tinting used Kepler - Aurora to give the glazing a bold patterned finish, balancing privacy with the open character of the space.

The job

This architectural window tinting job works with a striking interior. Pale walls, dark framing and a grey floor set a restrained backdrop, while a substantial black diagonal brace cuts across the glass. The contrast is strong, and the film adds another crisp layer to it.

The treatment sits across the interior glass partition. Broad frosted areas cover much of the glazing, interrupted by clear diagonal bands that form an angular pattern. Clear glass remains below the patterned section, keeping the floor visible through the partition rather than creating a solid visual barrier.

It is a finish that suits the structure around it. The diagonal lines echo the black brace without trying to hide it. Against the light walls and dark trim, the frosted glass feels like part of the interior design rather than an afterthought.

Why Kepler - Aurora

Here, Kepler - Aurora gives the glass a purpose beyond simply separating spaces. The frosted treatment softens direct views through the partition, while the clear bands retain glimpses through it. That balance is useful in a commercial interior: more screening where the film sits, without replacing glass with an opaque wall.

The appeal is practical as well as visual:

• Added privacy across the frosted sections of the glass.
• A softer view through the treated areas, reducing visual distractions.
• Clear bands that preserve a sense of connection between spaces.
• A defined geometric finish that complements the dark framing and diagonal brace.
